What to bring.
Valid driver's licence.
Australian or international licence.
IDP or English translation.
Required if your licence is not in English.
Credit or debit card.

Pickup process.
We verify your licence and ID, and check your booking details.
We walk around the car together, noting the current condition and any existing marks.
You take your own photos too: your phone walks you round 18 spots in about two minutes (see the photo guide). They are saved with the time, as your own record.
We record the fuel level and odometer reading.
You sign the rental agreement (if not done online) and we hand over the keys.
Hit the road. The whole process takes about 10-15 minutes.
Return process.
Two things to know: give us notice, and bring the car back full.
Give us notice.
Please give at least 48 hours notice before returning. Use your online manage portal, WhatsApp, or call us. Bond refund depends on how much notice you give:
- Return notice:Please give at least 48 hours notice
- Return location:Same branch you picked up from
- Bond refund:Approximately 2 weeks after return, less any outstanding charges
Before you return.
- ✓Fill the tank, full-to-full fuel policy.
- ✓Remove all personal belongings from the car.
- ✓Give the car a quick tidy (no full clean needed).
- ✓Walk the same 18 photo spots as at pickup, your timestamped record of the car as you returned it.
- ✓Return by 5pm to the same location you picked up from.
What happens at return.
We walk around the car together to check for any new damage.
We check the fuel level and odometer reading.
We confirm the vehicle condition and you hand back the keys.
You receive a return confirmation email. The whole process takes about 10 minutes.
Bond refund timeline.
Your $400 bond is refunded within 14 days of return, once any outstanding charges (tolls, fines, fuel) have been reconciled. The refund goes back to the original card used at booking.
